Three centuries ago
In this space the agricultural tithes of the Bishopric of Puebla were collected. Today, with a contemporary and social notion, we collect ideas, ways of thinking, emotions and knowledge.
The Colecturía shelter tangible and intangible heritage
In this environment we exchange knowledge and expand our consciousness. We believe in a balanced relationship between us and nature. Today we promote The Good Living.
We feed our spirit.
We produce organic supplies for the bonfire and dining room of the house. Our urban garden was designed by Blas Cernicchiaro and Elías Adam.
In the urban garden sensory and formative experiences open to the public are generated.
We cultivate and celebrate the knowledge of agronomists, educators, artists, chefs and people like you and me.
We delight in savoring dishes made with respect and compassion for the land.
Countless stories from La Colecturía contained in each recipe.
Going out to party,
In what has belonged to the Bishopric for three centuries, is part of our rebellion; one that envisions an inclusive and conscious future.
