The Orchards of La Colecturía

01.Sustainable urban agriculture

This land not only gives life to a variety of organic supplies but also to a community that seeks to transform our relationship with the environment through sustainability.

~ Water mirror, orchard and Señorita Caruso's Specialty Coffee in the back. The orchard links the historical and the social.

La Colecturía is a Center for the Exchange of Knowledge. It produces organic inputs by harnessing its resources and promotes an opening of consciousness through sensory experiences and exchanges.

Sustainable agriculture

Sustainable agriculture is an alternative for a simple and harmonious life between people and natural resources. We firmly believe that a developed society is one that takes responsibility for its actions.

02.Vegetables orchard

Our orchard proposes a novel approach to the concept of sustainability: it blends three centuries of history enriched with an avant-garde artistic vision; and within it, a self-sustainable urban farming system..

According to our manifesto:

We understand the land as a living interconnected entity. With this in mind, we designed a planting program that promotes proper soil nutrition, while avoiding the use of synthetics.

From the simplicity of a seed and three vital elements —soil, water, and sun—, we sow and harvest seasonal products inspired by the earth's natural cycles, firmly rejecting the use of synthetics.
