Content

Learn to make food preservation preparations, as well as jams, jellies and pickles  in order to extend the life of a fruit or vegetable and reduce the desire for it.

Chef “Pepe” Ortiz (José Enrique Ortiz) (Puebla, Puebla 1998), studied gastronomy at the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (Upaep), his work focuses on contemporary mexican cuisine and “postres al plato”.
