Welcome to the Cultural Diner of La Colecturía!
In here you will find a gastronomic curation that reflects our philosophy of life and in which we use ingredients grown in our gardens.
We are proud to be part of the international Slow Food movement, which promotes clean, healthy and fair food. Likewise, we work to become a Kilometer ∅ dining room, which means, that we acquire the ingredients and produce we consume from local producers, strengthening the circular economy. This Cultural Dinner represents our Good Living and through it, we help the preservation of culinary traditions, contributing to the formation of a more conscious and sustainable society.
